These terms govern your access to and use of Abrevon Point (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
Access is invitation-only. You are responsible for the credentials and actions taken under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Upload malware, illegal content, or content you don't own
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior authorization
3. Subscriptions and billing
Each organization is billed at the rate of its assigned subscription tier. Billing periods are monthly, quarterly (5% discount) or yearly (12% discount). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed payments may result in workspace deactivation after a 14-day grace period.
4. Tier limits
Each tier caps the number of active owners and employees. Adding members beyond your cap requires upgrading the tier. Tier changes apply at the start of the next billing period.
5. Data ownership
You own all operational data you create in your workspace. We claim no rights over it. We will not access it except as necessary to operate the Service or as required by law.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance when practical.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice. On termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is purged.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
